Circles NWA is an initiative of the local nonprofit, Innovative Poverty Solutions. Innovative Poverty Solutions exists to develop and implement community-driven, innovative solutions to ending poverty in Northwest Arkansas. Our vision is a community committed to removing the barriers that keep people in poverty.
