Program Manager, VOIS Institute 

Innovative Poverty Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead the VOIS (Voices of Influence & Storytelling) Fellows Program and community-driven events across Northwest Arkansas. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is proactive, entrepreneurial, and excited to build meaningful work alongside community.

This role is a strong fit for someone who takes initiative, balances vision with execution, and builds trust-based relationships with ease. Through weekly Fellow meetings and community events, you’ll help advance narrative change and upstream solutions for ALICE households across Northwest Arkansas.

This is a full-time, in-person position in Fayetteville.
