Program Manager, VOIS Institute

Innovative Poverty Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead the VOIS (Voices of Influence & Storytelling) Fellows Program and community-driven events across Northwest Arkansas. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is proactive, entrepreneurial, and excited to build meaningful work alongside community.

This role is a strong fit for someone who takes initiative, balances vision with execution, and builds trust-based relationships with ease. Through weekly Fellow meetings and community events, you’ll help advance narrative change and upstream solutions for ALICE households across Northwest Arkansas.

This is a full-time, in-person position in Fayetteville.

Circles NWA is an initiative of the nonprofit organization Innovative Poverty Solutions. Circles is a poverty reduction initiative designed to help people achieve upward mobility from poverty.

The VOIS Institute stands for “Voices of Influence and Storytelling” and is our newest initiative focused on community dialogue, advocacy, learning, and leadership development.
